Commonly known as a vacuum tray dryer this model is popular amongst customers requiring to dry slurries or evaporate condensable(s) from solids.  Our individually controlled heated shelves or platens offer accelerated drying times, high uniformity, and pinpoint accuracy.  Distillation systems can be fully integrated and automated into the GTC maximizing process capabilities. High vacuum systems can be utilized for degassing epoxies, silicones, and adhesives in electronics and semiconductor applications.

 

Full system integration can be provided which includes but is not limited to, roughing & high vacuum pumping systems, automated distillation trapping, and self-contained water or oil heat cool systems.  Programmable features include inert gas sweeping, sweep to atmosphere and vacuum level ramping using throttle control.,
